Creative automation is not about replacing people.
It’s about redesigning how execution happens.
In this evening workshop, you will work hands-on on building your own agentic creative workflow. Together with other participants, you’ll design and test a system in which AI agents handle repetitive production tasks, while humans focus on direction and quality.
The goal is practical: understand how this can be applied inside your own organisation.

What We Will Do
We work from a concrete case:
An organisation with a large product catalogue that wants:
Consistent product photography
Scalable commercial copy
Channel-specific variations
Higher baseline quality across all assets
Previously, this would require significant budget for photography, copywriting and campaign production. In practice, only a small percentage of products would receive full creative attention.
With current AI tooling, it is possible to design a workflow in which:
Every product receives visual assets
Lifestyle scenes with models can be generated at scale
Copy follows a structured brand framework
Variations are produced systematically
Quality improves instead of fragmenting
This workshop is not about isolated prompts.
It’s about designing connected workflows:
Product data intake
Image generation workflow
Copy generation workflow
Variant generation workflow
Human review loop
Publishing or export
Each step feeds the next. Together they form a structured production system.
You will sketch, test and refine your own version of this system.

Program
18:30 – Arrival: Coffee and informal introductions.
19:00 – Introduction: What Is an Agentic Workflow? A concise explanation of the concept: workflows within workflows, agents as the execution layer, humans as direction and quality control.
19:20 – Case Study Walkthrough We walk through a concrete example:
From product data to automated product imagery and commercial copy, including review and quality checkpoints.19:45 – Architecting Your Workflow: In small groups, you work on your own agentic workflow.
20:30 – Build & Test: Define prompt structures, assign agent responsibilities and test outputs,
21:30 – Closing & Informal Discussion
Practical
This workshop is relevant for:
Creative leads and art directors exploring AI-supported production
Marketing teams looking to scale output without scaling headcount
E-commerce teams managing large product catalogues
Innovation and digital leads designing AI-native workflows
Founders and operators building process-driven organisations
You do not need deep technical knowledge.
You do need responsibility for quality, output or workflow design.
Takeaways
By the end of the evening, you will have:
A clear understanding of how to structure an agentic creative workflow
A draft workflow tailored to your own organisation
Insight into where automation increases quality instead of lowering it
A practical framework for combining AI execution with human direction
A realistic view of implementation challenges and opportunities
